cannot save Jalview project when reference sequence is set for a view

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. open example alignment.
      2. set one of the seuqences as the reference
      3. File->Save As .. and select .jvp

      Exception raised:
      java.lang.NullPointerException
      at jalview.gui.Jalview2XML.saveState(Jalview2XML.java:722)
