      Description

      The select/hide by annotation dialog (JAL-1553) includes options for selecting by protein secondary structure type. When working with RNA structure, these options are meaningless. A first implementation would be to only show those option for protein secondary structure annotation rows, but there may also be additional options that could be provided when selecting columns according to RNA structure.
