      Description

      There is need to have an interactive dialog for configuring aspects of an alignment to be exported such as inclusion/exclusion of hidden rows/columns. In the case of complex file formats like JSON/HTML the options should enable configurations such as inclusion/exclusion of SequenceFeatures, SequenceGroups, AlignmentAnnotations.
