Flatfile output does not restore hidden sequences

      Description

      During a flatfile export operation, if there are hidden regions in the alignment being exported, Jalview prompts up a dialog which enables one of the following:
         1. exporting only the visible region or
         2. exporting the entire alignment (which includes all hidden regions).
      However, when the second option is selected, Jalview restores only hidden columns but do not restore the hidden sequences.
