Description
Selecting residues in Chimera highlights the corresponding positions in the Jalview alignment.
These may be in scattered columns of different sequences.
Users may wish to create selections / features on the alignment based on the highlighted positions.
Need to define this in more detail.
2.10.1 - introduced 'B' for marking columns from selection. Outstanding issue is being also able to select sequences where highlights are present - which would complete JAL-345 also.
