JalviewLite needs JmolApplet and JmolData jar dependencies

JAL-1213 is blocked in the applet because the use of the Jmol PDB parser needs both the JmolData and JmolApplet jars (in 13.2.x).

Workaround may be to exclude the JmolPDBFile implementation in ext.Jmol from compilation, and only use it in the applet/application format adapter if it is available at runtime.
