      Description

      Interactive editing of alignments with consensus RNA secondary structure information will/may invalidate the consensus RNA secondary structure. Jalview should be able to:

       - recalculate consensus RNA secondary structure on the fly
       - mark/hide/otherwise indicate that manually added annotation may not now be valid
       - compare and contrast individual to overall consensus structure calculations
