show/hide all sequence associated annotation rows for all or current selection

A submenu option is needed to show or hide all the sequence associated alignment annotation for the current sequence, sequence selection, or for the whole alignment.

Key functions needed:
* control which kinds of sequence associated annotation are shown on the alignment
 - secondary structure from structure
 - secondary structure from prediction method
 - disorder from one or many prediction methods

-> The alignment annotation has a 'CalcID' field which can be used to determine what created the annotation, but currently, there are no human readable look up tables that could be used to display a descriptive string for a particular CalcID.
-> older Jalview annotation datasets do not have a CalcID field (particularly those created by external applications). Here, we can hide/show annotation according to label (the string shown in the annotation ID panel),

* sorting and reordering annotation
 - there are no annotation sorting modes provided at the moment, but these are now needed:
  . show similar types of annotation (secondary structure, disorder) together or grouped by sequence/sequence group
