      Description

      Sequence associated annotation is difficult to process when it is ordered arbitrarily. If sequence associated rows in the annotation panel are ordered according to the order that each sequence appears in the alignment, and optionally, grouped by type, it will make it easier to explore variation in scores across the columns.
