Allow windows containing HTML reports to be exported in HTML

      Description

      The standard cut and paste report window in the Jalview desktop exports HTML formatting as plain text, with all tags and links removed.
      A new window is needed that allows these reports to be saved, or copied to the system clipboard with all structure and link information preserved.
