allow alignment properties to be exported as an HTML report

      Description

      Jalview's alignment properties can contain tables of information describing how the alignment was generated. This information is useful, and it should be possible to export it as it is shown - currently, however, copy/pasting this html text (which may include links) results in plain text with all html formatting and links removed.
