      Description

      Some programs don't cope with the full complement of standard amino acid and nucleotide symbols, others cope with additional symbols such as ambiguity codes, etc.

      It would be useful if the service registry provided this kind of information in the service metadata, so third-party systems employing JABAWS can prepare correct input data for services.
