furtherDetails xml parameter description can now be used

      Description

      furtherDetails xml parameter description is modified to contains a relative path to the help file for web service for example
      <furtherDetails>prog_docs/clustalw.txt</furtherDetails>
      By appending the host and context path to this, one can get a URL to a help file to a particular web service, which can be accessed online. For example http://www.compbio.dundee.ac.uk/jaba/prog_docs/clustalw.txt

      It would be nice if Jalview can make use of this feature.
