overview window is refreshed when alignment window selection changes

      Description

      Every time the selected region is modified via an alignment view, its overview window is redrawn in a blocking thread. Since the selected region is not shown on the overview, this is neither necessary or desired, since for large alignments on high-resolution screens overview generation can take a long time.
