save, retrieve and preserve last used DAS retrieval settings for re-use

It's often the case that the user forgets to hit the 'save defaults' button before retrieving features via DAS. Closing the dialog and reopening causes the retrieval settings to be reset to the current defaults - it would be even better if the last used settings were preserved, and an option provided to recover defaults, and/or save and retrieve das server settings for later use.
