      Description

      Jalview 3 is a modular version of jalview consisting of distinct components implementing jalview's core datamodel, visualization pipeline, IO and analysis routines, and GUI logic common to both the JalviewLite applet and Jalview desktop. Specific packages use APIs provided by these core modules to implement AWT and Swing GUIs, and these are used by the JalviewLite and Jalview Desktop platforms, respectively.
