-title command line argument and scriptable function to set alignment title when importing alignment

It is often the case that web servers and systems using Jalview as a visualization tool for their data import alignments using long and complex/meaningless URLs which perform database queries or temporary URLs generated as a result of some operation. For these situations, it is essential to be able to specify the title for an alignment independently of the datasource.
