Jalview can not visualize non-standard gaps with VARNA

VARNA is not able to handle gaps different from ".", "-" and ":". Therefore a method to replace everything that is not a bracket "([{<" was created and called everywhere where a structure is handed over to the VARNA RNA class.
We have to reconsider this when it is clear if VARNA will stay with such a gap handling or not.
