Allow DNA and protein alignments to be linked so one follows the other

      Description

      When a DNA and a protein sequence are linked, allow the alignment in two windows to be linked so that altering the alignment in e.g. the protein sequences is reflected in the alignment of the DNA sequences. This allows a protein alignment algorithm to generate a corresponding DNA alignment.
