cDNA analysis of Protein Alignments

      Description

      It is common practice to perform alignments at the protein level, but apply phylogenetic analysis at the nucleotide level. Jalview should be able to allow the reconstruction and linked analysis of cDNA alignments for any given protein alignment + cDNA location definition.
