annotation colourscheme applied to secondary structure row leads to black colourscheme

Manually created secondary structure annotation produces a 'sensible' colourscheme when used to colour the alignment using the 'colour by annotation' function. Secondary structure lines generated by the stockholm file importer have no label and their colour is black, and the annotation colourscheme then colours the alignment black where secondary structure is present.
