EBI uniprot record PDB database reference format changed

Uniprot xml record parser has got out of date. The attachment contains the records for FER1_SPIOL, a sequence with known structure (and new PDB dbReference entry), and FER_CAPAN, a sequence with no characterised structure but HSSP defined homology to FER1_SPIOL. Jalview only finds the homolog structure for FER_CAPAN, and doesn't discover the pdb id for FER1_SPIOL.
