sequence fetcher replaces ',' for ';' when the ',' is part of a valid accession ID

Certain das sources (including most of the ensembl source) include commas in accession IDs. The sequence fetcher dialog automatically replaces all ',' with ';' - creating two queries instead of one (and often invalidating the fetch entirely).
