test JabaWS dialog needs fixing

      Description

      Currently, the test service dialog popped up after entering a new service URL doesn't have any text in it, and it seems that pressing cancel will mean that the URL is not added.

      Fix: put better/clearer instructions in body of dialog box (currently instructions are in the title bar), and create a new pop up window to monitor the output of the test.
