Critical Description
When a JABA server does not pass validation, it should be possible to view the report from the JABA health check.
Two options:
* providing an option to open the server's own health check page will always provide accurate info about server status
* providing a report of what the client identified as being wrong with the server will indicate if the server is not compatible with the JABA client that Jalview has used to access the server.
