colour by chain not useful when multiple structures are displayed

      Description

      The Jmol 'colour by chain' function assigns colour based on chain code - but these are not unique across models. A new function is needed to assign unique chain colours across all models. We could perhaps use the colour generator algorithm implemented by Lauren for this (might need some modifications to ensure distinct colours are always chosen).
