Description
After installing 2.5 in a local directory with no links/etc, the jalview application does not launch. It looks like the VM settings are too small to launch the app (try launching the jalview app from the command line to see this).
Recommend updating to latest installAnywhere 2010 to see if this fixes the issue. Also need to check that build environment is compatible with OSX runtime (e.g. java 1.5 base ? or java 1.4 base compilation? the build system currently defaults to 1.6).
