InstallAnywhere builds fail to launch on OS X java 10.5 update 4 (1.6 update)

Due to a change in the javalaunch mechanism in the recent OS X java update, existing installAnywhere launchers fail.

****** STEPS TO REPRODUCE ******

Install Jalview 2.4 via installAnywhere.
Apply OS X 10.5 java update 4.
Attempt to launch Jalview from its normal icon. This will fail.
