Update the Archaeopteryx viewer to Forester 0.11.X

Jalview's Archaeopteryx integrated viewer currently runs on an almost decade old Forester fork. There has been a lot of work on Forester and Aptx since then, especially in the last few months.

We should investigate the difficulty of bringing the Jalview Aptx viewer up to date and try to bring it up to date with Forester 0.11.X, keeping Jalview's tree colours, defaults and styling.

Ideally this up to date version will also be more easily maintainable by minimizing changes to forester's core code, instead using a small API/adapter layer etc.
