Structure added to Jmol view are shown in grey (windows with network drive)

Adding a new structure to existing Jmol view results in the structure loaded into the view but is shown as grey ribbons, and is not superimposed. Mousing over sequence highlights mapped positions in structure, but not the other way around.
Possibly something like JAL-4606 but needing addressing in Jmol's model loaded handler perhaps ?
