Machine with mounted shared folder for user (e.g. UoD managed Windows desktop)
Description
When using a Windows managed desktop with shared/roaming user space Jmol is not opening a structure opened by Jalview, apparently due to a path mis-interpretation of where Jalview has downloaded the file.
Steps to reproduce (could be made a network test ?):
Import the example/uniref50.fa file.
View a the first ranked structure from the PDB for one of the sequences (FER1_SPIOL for instance).
Verify that Jalview has generated a mapping between the Jmol
