      Description

      AptxFrame currently wraps a JInternalFrame and forwards a dozen frame methods to it through TreeFrameI, which was meant as scaffolding for other tree viewers but mostly just pretends a viewer might not be a Swing frame. AptxFrame should simply be a JInternalFrame, with a small TreeViewerFrame base class doing what StructureViewerBase does for Jmol and the other structure viewers.
