Jalview hangs on quit when an Archaeopteryx tree is open

      Description

      Trying to quit Jalview with an Archaeopteryx tree view open hangs the application. If there are unsaved changes you get the confirmation dialog first and it freezes after confirming. If everything is saved there's no dialog at all, nothing closes and it just sits there.
