Support Archaeopteryx in JalviewJS

      Description

      Jalview 2.12 is going to include JalviewJS but the integrated version of Archaeopteryx is currently Java only.

      There seem to be two options to get Aptx support in JalviewJS. There is an existing fork of Aptx in JS (https://github.com/cmzmasek/archaeopteryx-js), we can maybe integrate that one.

      Alternatively, we can include the Java native version in the general Jalview Java --> JavaScript transpile. Will need to check pros/cons of both ways.
