Description
Occupancy annotation track shows 0 for most of the columns. Tried it in different alignments: single-sequence and HMMER-generated. I think it might be format-related. Occupancy is empty for my HMMER STO MSAs but fine when I change the format to FASTA. Accordingly, selecting/hiding sequences by occupancy therefore does not work.
