optionally display source/provider for structure derived annotations along side the annotation label

The Secondary structure annotation display controls allow display/hiding of annotations from specific structure sources - and its useful to show the source of an annotation along side the annotation row, but sometimes people will not want to do this, so we need an option in the Format menu to control this.
