      Description

      See JAL-4451 for example data to reproduce the problem and analysis of how to fix. To reproduce the problem perform a disorder prediction on any sequence, and then copy/paste the sequence into the same alignment, which is enough to trigger the 'visual indication' implemented in JAL-4091.
