Description
I'm a university administrator and have difficulties installing jalview on a device with admin and user accounts.
If I install it as the admin with the default destination I can run it as the admin. The users can't see or start it.
If I change the directory to the programs folder I can see it from the users account but when I try to run it the a window opens saying its being installed but a second instance of the installation is already running so the installation will continue there but no matter how long I wait nothing happens.
If I change the directory to the app data folder of the user, the user can see it and run it but it hangs on the start window and drops an error message in the event log.
I can't find documentation on installing it for all users of a device.
