Description
The Find window, opened from one alignment, will also search another alignment if the other alignment has just had focus (by design).
If there is a selection in an alignment then Find will only look within that selection.
Given these variations, it would be good if there was an uncluttered but intuituve way to
a) allow the user to decide what's being searched, and/xor (i.e. or)
b) indicate to the user what is being searched.
Checkboxes already exist for including descriptions and features.
Match case is a user-selectable option. Regex matching could also be user-selectable (it is currently on by default).
This might involve more checkboxes.
Indication of what's being searched might be via the Title (a bit clunky), a text panel, or maybe even a mini-overview panel!?
