Annotation colouring dialog box doesn't remember 'use original colours' settings when opened via the Colour menu

In 2.11.3 develop, applying colour by pLDDT per sequence with existing colours using the dialog box, hitting apply, then opening the dialog box again results in the 'use original colours' checkbox not being enabled and the colourscheme is corrupted.

Other strange things are happening - after adding new secondary structure annotation from a structure the annotation colouring dialog doesn't seem to remember what annotation type was being used to colour the alignment.

In 2.11.2.6 this does not happen - so most likely a regression..
