Sequence associated annotation colouring should update when other sequences get annotated

Import a single alphafold model for a protein in the example aligment, and ensure reliability is automatically added to alignment.
Enable per-sequence colour by annotation using existing colours.
Import an alphafold structure for another of the sequences with same annotation display settings.
The newly added annotation should be automatically picked up to shade its sequence.
