New versions automatically updated in bioconda

Bioconda updates are performed manually, with a process that has become relatively simple (see the "Automating Jalview Releases" Google doc).
The latest update (2.11.2.6) process followed the script and worked fine.

According to https://bioconda.github.io/contributor/updating.html bioconda-utils can now do this process (including the PR) automatically. This could be run as part of the publishing process.
