Update bioconda recipe for gradle/Jalview 2.11 and onwards

      Description

      Jalview's existing bioconda recipe does a clean build with ant, and jars are run via a command line wrapper.

      The recipe should be updated to:
      1. execute gradle shadowJar
      2. use Jalview's own memory settings launcher (ideally?)
      3. anything else ?
