Add user properties to control more/all AlignFrame components (esp. Text)

In an alignment window, Formt->Text toggles the residue/base symbols. The default for this should be settable by a user preference set in .jalview_properties, and settable via Preferences->Visual.
Similarly, the scale ruler and sequence ids could be viewed/not viewed by default (admittedly less useful).
