The prev and next page buttons in the Sequence Fetcher FTS panel are often hidden

The [<<] and [>>] buttons are hidden behing the results/customisation panel when the window is small enough that they wrap on to the next line. The window does not have to be particularly narrow for this to happen.
When this happens it's not obvious that there even are any page navigation buttons.

The buttons could be made smaller (help style circles?) and either be forced to not wrap with a horizontal scroll bar in place (not particularly good) or placed somewhere on the results panel which would link their function too.
