Jalview doesn't associate a structure with all selected sequences with the same name

JAL-3904 highlighted a tiny issue with the structure chooser where Jalview only associates 3d-structures with the first of a series of sequences sharing the same ID. The FTS search mechanism normalises on query key - but extra logic is needed to map the query key back to all aligned sequences that originated the same key.
