Local 3D structure data files including '%' or ':' in their name cannot be shown in Pymol

Known Defect raised as follow on from JAL-3931.

Pymol doesn't like '%' or ':' in filenames.

When a 3D structure file is loaded into Jalview that contains unsafe characters, Jalview will need to copy the contents to a temporary file with a safe name and preserve the original name.
