Structure data files with accessions including ':' and '%' are not supported in Pymol

Filenames of structure files retrieved via 3D beacons/etc are derived from their identifiers. These are also encoded in structure data files (e.g. PDB or mmCIF).

Pymol complains when files with names including ':' or '%' are imported, so they need to be renamed before import. Otherwise messages like the following appear:
"Selector-Error: Invalid selection name "3A4zhp.1.A11713814924521180142".
Q9ZTS2_48-144 % 3A4zhp.1.A11713814924521180142<--"

The solution is to replace : and % before importing to Pymol.
