Description
the -groovy argument requires a Desktop instance to be passed to the groovy contect as Jalview, preventing headless groovy execution. Removing this reliance (and creating a new independent registry for currently open alignments, views, etc independent of the jalview.gui.Desktop) will enable power users to more effectively use groovy scripting.
