Description
View a separate window or integrated into a tab the information about the alignment, such as the total number of sequences, the number of groups assigned, etc. Also include information about the number of sequences in each cluster. The only way to obtain this information is to select the subgroup and paste it into separate alignment, and hovering my cursor to the last sequence to find out how many sequences there are in that subgroup.
Another improvement is to permanently have the total number of sequences at the bottom of the alignment window. When editing and/or adding/deleting sequences, I can accidentally undo my work and lose track of the number of sequences I am working with in the alignment.
